We have recently done an audit on payments made to our company and found some fraudulent proof of payments and refund scams occuring.

To fight this type of fraud reoccuring we have changed our internal policy whereby support staff will not "add payments" to any invoice going forward.

Our Billing Team will only be capturing payments that actually reflect in our account hence proof of payments will be just for informative purposes.

With fraud on the rise we urge all customers to be aware of these scams and ensure their businesses are not being affected by these scams.
